2025 August Chamber Meeting

We are so thankful that you have made plans to join us for our monthly Chamber Meeting!  We want you to get the most out of your time with us, and whether this is your first meeting, or your 100th, please read all the details below regarding our meeting policies.  We appreciate your cooperation!

 

AUGUST MEETING DETAILS

  • Meeting Date:  August 12th
  • RSVP Deadline:  August 7th (Registration is required for all attendees, regardless of lunch order)
  • Speaker:  Carissa Jones, Business & Relationship Developer
  • Caterer:  Chick-fil-A
  • Center of Attention:  Greene Enterprises
  • Sponsor of the Month:  All Phase Heating & Air
  • Non-Profit of the Month:  House of Hope Piedmont

 

CHECK IN POLICIES

  • Official Check-In Time is 11:20 AM; meeting is from 12 - 1 PM.
  • CHECK IN!  Whether you ordered lunch or not, please let us know you arrived to ensure we have accurate records.
  • Check in closes at 12:00 PM.
  • We do not allow Walk-Ins!  Please note that pre-registration is mandatory for all attendees. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins as we must prepare adequately for all guests. We send multiple reminders each month, and our office can assist with your monthly registration for a nominal fee if desired.
  • Space is limited to 165 people; to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate, we kindly request that you commit to attending once registered, as space is limited.
  • A reminder that RSVPs are essential to attend the monthly Chamber Meeting.

 

INFOMERICAL POLICIES

  • $5 for 30 seconds
  • Limited # available
  • Sign up window starts at 11:30 AM (new policy, effective August 2025)
  • We do not allow pre-meeting sign-ups

 

LUNCH POLICIES

  • Cost: $16 per person.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Ordering Deadline: Lunch orders must be placed by the RSVP deadline to provide an accurate headcount to our caterer.
  • Meal Availability: The LCCC does not order extra meals beyond registered requests.
  • Non-Refundable/Non-Forwardable: Ordered lunches are valid only for the month of registration. If you are unable to attend the meeting and did not notify the Chamber office before the RSVP deadline, your lunch fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future meeting.
  • Leftovers: Any leftover food is donated and not available after the meeting ends.
  • Supporting Members: By ordering lunch, you directly support our valuable restaurant and catering Chamber members.  Out of respect for our caterers, no outside food is permitted.
  • Dietary Accommodations: Due to the meeting format and our caterers' selected menus, we cannot guarantee options for specific dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian meals.
  • Pre-Paid Lunch Plans: Annual pre-paid lunch plans are available. Please contact the Chamber office if interested. Effective September 2025, all pre-paid lunch plans will automatically include meeting registration.

 

GUEST POLICIES

  • Chamber Meetings are a Member Benefit.
  • Not-Yet Members are allowed to visit ONE Chamber Meeting before joining the Chamber.
  • If you are not a member of our Chamber yet, please contact the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce BEFORE the RSVP deadline.

 

OTHER NOTES / RECOMMENDATIONS / POLICIES

  • Bring lots of business cards!
  • Wear a name tag!
  • If you would like to bring a door prize, just let our welcome committee know at the registration desk.
  • We might take your picture and put it on social media!
  • Again, we ask you to respect our office, staff, and volunteers — thank you for your cooperation with our policies, including our registration deadlines.

 

Chamber Meetings are always on the 2nd Tuesday!  Check in starts at 11:20 and we officially start the meeting at 12 PM.
