Bermuda Run Country Club Business After Hours and Expo

Members and the community are invited to join us on a journey around Bermuda Run Country Club, as we celebrate our local businesses. Each guest will receive complimentary food, fun, a drink ticket, and lots of surprises along the way. Make sure to visit each "continent" to be entered into the raffle to win prizes! Admission is complimentary.
 
Want to be a vendor?
Tables are $50 per vendor. Contact your local Chamber or BRCC Membership Director, Julia Reilly at (336) 998-8155 ext.224 or julia.reilly@clubcorp.com. We are also looking for entertainment and food and beverage vendors!  

Other food and beverage vendors and entertainment vendors are encouraged, and the fee will be waived if they are giving away free food/drinks/entertainment. Can’t participate as a vendor? We are also looking for raffle items. Get exposure for your business by donating a raffle item!

Who is hosting this event?
Bermuda Run Country Club will be the hosts, along with our Chamber Co-Hosts. There is a Business After Hours Table Top Expo for the Chambers and an Open House for our Members and the public.
 
What will be going on during this event?
Guests will receive a “passport” when they check in; each station/room will represent a different continent, and our departments will stamp each passport as the guests visit their “continent”. Each “continent” will have a complimentary appetizer or drink. Bermuda Run will also offer a complimentary drink ticket good for a wine or beer. We will also have a DJ, live entertainment, and hopefully a few other fun surprises, as well as our local vendors showcased throughout the club. Once the guests have completed their “passport”, they will drop it back at the check in station and be entered into a raffle.
