The Kernersville Chamber of Commerce and the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce proudly present Brave Conversations About Diversity and Inclusion. Nationally recognized diversity and inclusion thought leader Dr. William T. Lewis, Sr., will share challenges, trends, and how to create a culture of belonging in the workplace. This dynamic, engaging conversation will include:
 
  • A brief overview of the nuances of the definitions of inclusion (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and unconscious bias)
 
  • A brief overview of Creating a Culture of Belonging in the Workplace
 
  • Forecast of the 2021 Diversity and Inclusion Challenges and Trends that business and organizational leaders will have to address
