November Chamber Meeting
Join us for another exciting Virtual Chamber Meeting on Tuesday, November 10, sponsored by Novant Health! Our guest speaker will be workplace culture coach and conciliator Steve Beck. He'll present "The Business Leaders' Feedback Bootcamp: How to Have Conversations That Improve Performance Without Being Fake or Offensive."
Steve helps leaders get great at feedback and solving team conflicts. He's a 1981 graduate of RJ Reynolds High School and a 1985 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. After 22 years in nonprofit service and leadership, Steve started his coaching practice in 2010. He’s worked with clients locally, regionally, and as far away as Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. He’s currently based in Winston-Salem and working in COVID world from his patio.
